DUIHeroes is proud to announce that Attorney Jonathan Dichter has qualified to become an instructor in the NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) curriculum by La Pier and Associates. This certification makes Attorney Dichter one of the few attorneys qualified to teach the same DWI training police cadets receive before becoming officers of the law.

The NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) curriculum is a rigorous program aimed at training individuals to identify and apprehend drivers who are driving under the influence of controlled substances. The course covers everything from detecting affected drivers to testing protocols, trial preparation, and much more.

This certification is just the latest of its kind for Attorney Dichter. He frequently attends and completes DUI courses and seminars to stay on the cutting edge of this constantly evolving practice area. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board of Directors.

We congratulate Attorney Dichter on this latest qualification and are confident that his tireless diligence will only continue to ensure that the rights and interests of his clients are thoroughly protected.
